Andrew Cockwell is the Managing Partner of Ursataur Capital Management , a private equity firm he founded in 2009. Previously, Andrew was a Founding Partner of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc. and an Attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell. He has served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards including as Chairman of Valens. and Chairman of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. As well, Andrew is on the boards of Appleby College and Camp Kandalore. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Queen’s University and an LL.B. with Great Distinction from the Faculty of Law at McGill University.
