We're more than advisors, we’re a team for your future.

At Elavale, you don't just get one advisor. You get a team that's genuinely invested in your outcomes. We bring different specialties, diverse perspectives, and decades of combined experience – all centered on your success.

We bring real life into the room.

Our work is shaped by real experience. We know what it's like to build wealth from the ground up, to navigate the complexities of a family business, and to transition with confidence from a long career into a new chapter.

We bring that lived experience into every conversation – because we believe the best financial guidance comes from people who understand what it actually feels like to navigate life's harder chapters. It's a perspective that replaces judgement with genuine empathy.

Jill Moore

Partner

Since starting in the industry in 2003, Jill Moore has built her career on clarity, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ goals. She takes a big-picture view, helping clients identify priorities, create clear goals, and work alongside her Elavale partners to help those goals become realities.

Jill is known for making complex financial topics simple, breaking down big goals into easy, actionable steps. Her approach is intentional, holistic, and authentic, sharing from real-life experience so clients feel empowered, not mystified. She’s responsive, deeply committed, and often more invested in achieving her clients’ goals than they are.

Her career began in banking, but she quickly realized that being tied to a single institution limited her ability to put clients’ interests first. She moved into independent advising so every client, not just the high-net-worth, could access the same quality of information and opportunities.

Outside of work, Jill has volunteered for her son’s volleyball club and supports local causes like the Sunnybrook Farm Museum. She describes herself as an “extroverted introvert”—someone who thrives on connection but loves a quiet moment with a good book and a cup of tea.

“They say two things in life are guaranteed: death and taxes. I believe there’s a third—change. Life will always be evolving; it’s where growth can happen. If better is possible, is good good enough?”

Tamarann Hillock, CFP

Partner

Since 20016, Tamarann Hillock has been helping clients turn financial goals into reality. As a Certified Financial Planner, she specializes in investment strategy  – always working the details so clients can focus on what matters most.

Tamarann is known for her prompt, professional advice, flexible approach, and her knack for managing the complex parts of investing that clients may not always want to dive into. Her process is straightforward: meet you where you’re at, get clear on where you’re going, and explore every angle to help you get there.

She entered the financial world with a simple question – how does money really work? That curiosity became a career built on clarity, strategy, and growth.

Outside the office, Tamarann loves live music, open-road getaways, and sun-soaked escapes – often weaving in bit of history and time with family.

“Only partner with Elavale if we align with what matters to you – because we want to work with people who want to be here.”

Waneta Usher

Partner

Since starting in the industry in 2013, Waneta Usher brings a refreshing and honest approach to money management. Her work is rooted in the belief that financial clarity can transform lives — helping clients spend more time with the people and activities they love.

Waneta specializes in lifestyle-based money management, insurance strategies, and financial education. She’s known for her kind, non judgmental guidance, and her ability to meet clients exactly where they are. Her goal is always to provide clear, attainable steps toward financial goals — without the pressure or sales tactics.

Driven by her own search for better financial options, Waneta is passionate about offering real solutions, not just products.

Outside of the office, she’s a busy mom of three, an enthusiastic volunteer, and a new (but devoted) gardener who finds joy in watching things grow — especially when there’s enough to share.

“We’re different — and different is good.”

Let's start with a conversation.

Choosing a financial partner is a big decision. So let's keep it simple – no pressure, no agenda. Just an honest conversation about where you're at and where you want to go.
