If you have reviewed our grant guidelines and your project meets our eligibility criteria, we are pleased to welcome your application. The following outlines everything we require to thoroughly evaluate your submission.

Please ensure your application is complete, as incomplete submissions may delay our review or prevent your project from being considered during the current cycle.

What to include in your application

Your submission must include the following components:

  1. An organizational summary
    A brief overview of your organization and its objectives, accompanied by a current list of your board of directors and your most recent financial statements.
  2. A description of your project
    A detailed outline of your project or the purpose for which you are requesting funding, including the identified need, the requested funding amount (excluding taxes), the overall budget, and a project schedule.
  3. A statement of expected benefits
    A clear description of the anticipated outcomes and benefits of your proposed project.
  4. Your Charitable Business Number
    Your organization's registered Charitable Business Number as designated under the Canadian Income Tax Act.
  5. Primary contact information
    The name, mailing address, and telephone number of the primary contact person for your application.
