Andrew Cockwell

Andrew Cockwell is the Managing Partner of Ursataur Capital Management Ltd., a private equity firm he founded in 2009. Previously, Andrew was a founding partner of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc., an attorney at Sullivan and Cromwell, and was a member of the Private Equity and Corporate Finance and Strategy practices at McKinsey and Company.

Andrew has served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards including as Chairman of Valens Co. and Chairman of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. As well, Andrew is on the boards of Appleby College and Camp Kandalore.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Queen's University and an LL.B. with Great Distinction from the Faculty of Law at McGill University.
