Dale O’Connor joined Manitou in 2022 and serves as Controller and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Manitou, Dale spent over 14 years working for several investment management firms in a similar capacity. Before entering the investment management industry, Dale spent a decade working in the audit and corporate finance groups for several international accounting firms. Dale earned a BCom from Concordia University, an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University and is a CPA, CA and a CFA charterholder.
