Steve Scotchmer is a Co-Founder and Lead Director of Manitou and since its inception has been an ex-officio member of our Research Group essentially acting as Manitou’s Oracle of Oakville “professor in residence.” Steve obtained an Engineering degree from Queen’s University, and has extensive experience as a business executive, owner-operator, and investor. From 1982 to 1987, he served as President of Bay Mills, a former TSX-listed company that was sold in 1987. Steve has served on the Boards of such publicly traded companies as Cognos, Gennum Corporation, Constellation Software and Topicus.
